They are very professional and their turn around time is 48 hours. The service is excellent, they do what they tell you, and they will tell you the exact time that it will be ready. It is usually the next day or if it is the weekend it will be the following Monday. They will tell you whether it will be ready in the morning, afternoon, or night. They have a set price and they adhere to it.

They did a very nice job. They did a very high quality work without instructions from us. They must have examined what was on the tapes and grouped them together into the two DVD's. All of the stuff was on each of the right DVD's. I think they have a contract with one service. Whomever they sent it to, did a really nice job. Their prices were reasonable; of course, I had priced it all the places. The only negative is that if a person is not a member of Costco, they can't get it. It came earlier than expected. They gave me a date and they notified me, when it came in. It was like 5 days before it was supposed to be in. In fact, I recommended a friend who had a similar experience.

They said they were going to deliver it on the day it was delivered. They set up the dryer. They did not install the washer, because they said I needed a plumber. They were very nice. I have no issues with them whatsoever.

They are excellent. The pharmacist is really good. Their prices are probably the lowest around here, but I am not very sure. I would say the prices are good based on my experience with them.

The person from the eye wear department was very straight forward. I brought in old frames, and wanted them to put the new lenses in the old frames. He measured my eyes with machines. It took close to two weeks to have the glasses made. They didn't have the ability to do it in house. When I went to pick them up, there was a problem with the lenses. The area that was in focus was very small on the lense. I took the glasses back to Costco, and they said they couldn't make it any larger. The guy was very nice, and he told me if they couldn't fix it they would give me a full refund. He gave me back the glasses with the lenses in them. He asked me to bring the lenses back once I get my new ones. I feel that was a very big plus that they let me use them until I got the better ones. The service I got from the store was excellent. They had the glasses ready when I came to pick them up. In fact, they phoned me to let me know they were in.
