From the time I walked in door to time of pickup of vehicle everyone I was in contact with in person or by telephone were very courteous, knowledgeable and very accomodating.  The front desk clerk quickly wrote up description of my car problems, looked up and provided me with a choice of tires (prices and warranties) and assured me car would be looked at shortly.  I left premises and within a couple of hours received call from mechanic with what he had found upon inspection.  We agreed on what needed to be taken care of immediately and what could wait.  I gave go ahead for work to be performed knowing exactly the cost involved. Being it was later in day was advised work would be finished the following day.  I was able to pick up vehicle by 2pm the following day.  I am very satisfied with this company and would absolutely use them again and recommend them to family and friends

I've been using Atlantic tire for a number of years to repair and when needed replace my tires and have always been pleased. I like that I don't need to make and appointment and they have always been quick when I've had to stop in for a repair. I've also purchased a couple of new tires from them and never had any problems.

I asked for the least expensive tire that would fit my car and with the two remaining that were not going to be replaced. Got a price, was an o.k price, didn't check anywhere else, but needed them. They needed to be ordered, and they called when they came in. No appt was needed so I went in when it was convenient for me. I waited longer than I wanted, but I had no choice. I was also told that I would need an alignment soon, but decided to do it then. The waiting area at least has a tv but not much of an area, could be spruced up a bit.
The only problem is that the next 2 weeks after I've had to go back because my tire pressure light kept coming on. I just went in and had to wait awhile again, but both times it got resolved.....until now again. Not sure if it's the tires itself, or the light itself. I now need to go back again. It's just a hassle to go back again, only certain days and hours I myself can get there.
It's a very friendly atmosphere and the family takes the time to speak with you.

The problem with this guy is that I can't just call him one day and drop it off like I can at another place. I've been using him for 8 years. He is a local guy and that is one of the reasons I use him. They will take me in pretty quickly and they will take me to work and pick me up if it is fairly close, which is great. They are very friendly. They do good work and they are very honest. They couldn't find the noise. They checked everything and even put it back on the lift to show me. He said they checked everything to make sure it was safe and to just go with it because it is an old car. They are good and they get the work done. I work until 3 so I always ask if they can have it done by 2:30 and they always get it done on time. I will absolutely continue to use them.
