Our heat pump in the A/C mode suddenly stopped providing cooling. We called that day ( a Sunday) and within a short time, had a call back. An appointment was made for the next day. The technician arrived right on time and spent time diagnosing the problem. Unfortunately, it appeared that Hurricane Sandy and it's salt water had damaged the heat lump. The heat pump was of the older coolant type, so the entire siystem needed replacing. We had an estimate quickly emailed to me. I accepted the proposal, and we were good to go for the installation the next day. A crew arrived on time, and the work completed that day. The technicians were neat and the installation went well. No fuss, no muss! I have used this co company before for minor repairs and they are neat and very thorough.
