Nightmare my roof has been leaking for three years. Took the day off from work without pay and Mr. Brooks canceled our appointment an hour before. I was told I would have to wait 4 more days for him to show up.

I worked in construction for over 40 years. The roof he installed for me was the worst I've ever seen. Broken and damaged material on the entire job. When I confronted him to replace material he refused. So I am stuck with a roof that I will probably have to replace in a few years it was already leaking around the chimney. I would definitely not recommend this roofer.

The WM Brooks crew was professional and did a thorough job cleaning up the yard before they left (which is very much appreciated!) Would hire again for future jobs.

Bill (the owner) came out for an estimate promptly and gave me the best estimate by far. Not pushy at all, just informative and upfront. The whole project took about 4 days, and they ended up stripping and shingling my roof, replacing and repairing the fascia and soffit boards, capping both, and putting in beautiful new seamless gutters. They worked extremely fast for the size of the job, and Bill was there every day to supervise (and do a ton of work). The results were incredible and we couldn't be happier. They didn't leave a scrap of trash behind, and even ended up cleaning some of my pre-existing brush that I was going to clear out. I haven't even found a leftover nail yet. They also cleaned out some of the slop in the roof from years of neglect. I think the best gauge of the quality of someone's work is what others think, and I believe Bill got at least 2 inquiries from my neighbors due to the quality of his work. I couldn't be happier and will recommend WM Brooks III to anyone that needs roof work.

Billy is honest, on time and he takes pride in his work. Gave us a 20 year warranty and was on the job with his guys the whole time. He sent us before and after pics of the new roof and skylights. He even added gutter guards when I asked at the last minute! He is by far the best roofer and we are so thankful we found him! Added before and after pics below.

Being a single woman, it's scary having to hire a contractor.  Wm. Brooks was professional from start to finish. He went into detail with what work needed to be done and also took a video of my flat roof so that I could see the damage. He's been very easy to reach when I had questions before the job started.  He was on time for the estimate, came to clear all the snow off of my roof the day before work started and was right on time starting the job. His employees are VERY respectful. He took another video when they were done so that I could see the completed work. Everything was completely cleaned up, including tree branches he trimmed away from the roof.  He even made sure the backyard gate was latched for my dog when they were done.  I will definitely be recommending him to neighbors and friends. This is the BEST experience I've had with any contractor.
