Mr.Brooks refused to replace his shoddy work my roof has been leaking for three years

Ive worked in construction for over 40 years. I got too old to replace the roof myself so I decided to hire Brooks roofing. As the job was being completed I noticed some issues with the quality of work and damaged material. I called the office and had Brooks come out and walked the entire roof with him pointing out the defects and the material that was damaged during installation He refused to make any repairs whatsoever saying thats the way it is its a good job. I would not recommend him.

I am so very pleased with the quality, efficient, professionalism and teamwork of Bill Brooksâ company. The team was on time, precautions taken, moved personal yard item away rom the job and returned when completed the job. Cleanliness and rechecked property for any debris from the job. The quality of work and so quickly performed was amazing! I would highly recommend Bill Brooks and his wonderful team to anyone for any job you are searching to have done. Thank you to Bill and his team for a job well done above and beyond expectations. You donâ t see this too much any more these days. Great experience!

Busy crew and clean too

Wm Brooks III Roofing did a superior job installing our new roof. His crew was on time and worked diligently to get the job finished in one day. Along with the roof they installed new gutters and downspouts and made gutter guards for us. He uses prime materials and guarantees his workmanship. We couldn't be happier. Billy Brooks goes above and beyond for his customers.

Bill promptly returned my call requesting a bid to replace my two car garage decking & shingles. He also removed old siding and replaced with vinyl. His crew showed up on the date He promised, worked non-stop from early morning till late evening completing the job in a day. Pricing was more than fair and the work was great as was the cleanup...highly recommend

Bill called, came out same day & gave me a very competitive price. We sold our home & the buyer's home inspection revealed a roof ridge replacement was needed. Bill sent a 2 man crew out within a few days & the job was done. I told my realtor to put him on her referral list. Make sure you include Bill when seeking estimates.

Very responsive to original request and very professional proposal

Very professional from proposal to clean up. My neighbors watched the whole installation and were also impressed with how professional and considerate the workers were.

On time and ready to go when they stated. Could not be any happier with the roof and personnel. Bill was the only person who came to my home and took the time to sit down at my table and go over everything. Thanks, Bill After they left I found oil and transmission stains in my pavers in the driveway (this appears to happen with most contractors). Please do not let them park in your driveway.
