The overall experience was fine. There were no major problems. The company was decent, and I would use them again in the future.

We weren't the happiest people in the world with them. After they completed the job and we paid them they never checked back with us. We never saw the main guy, he didn't show up - it was his partner we dealt with. The guy used the wrong paint so he had to go back and do it again. After they left I had to do some touch ups. I would not give them an "A". They tiles are not really level or straight, the paint job was not really all that. The price was good, but that's about it. They didn't come back to see if we were happy with the job, we never heard from them again. We paid for all of the materials and paid them labor. He would promise me he would be here at a certain time and not be here. It wasn't a terrible experience, we got what we paid for.

Quick response to original phone call. Quick estimate. Quick start time and turn around time. Very responsive to my requests.

Steve was extremely helpful from the estimate through the completion of the work. They did a fantastic job very quickly. We were very impressed.

Will get other estimates. Steve wrote up three separate categories for estimate. "To remove block wall and install siding to house where the structure was going to be removed, close up door from inside of house and add two ceiling fans, estimate was 10,470.00. If I wanted the structure to be screened in it would be an additional 3200.00.

Steve was very easy to work with and very flexible. His estimate was significantly lower that others we received. He did cover work areas most times. There was some clean up we had to do but we figured that was the price we paid to have the job done at a lower cost.
