It went great, close to home, explained everything in detail and didn't do anything with out asking my permission first. Explained that I needed new tires, but did not make it seem like it was a life or death situation, but just that I needed them before the first snow fall. He found reasonably priced tires and was very friendly.

They were nice guys and knew their business. They knew specialty automobiles. However they didn't finish want I'd asked to do, they  kept putting it off. The main things I wanted done, they could never fit them in.  They just weren't well organised and couldn't get their scheduling done very well. I won't use them again because they lost my confidence.

Mark and John are the owner's of Majic Imports and have been my mechanics for over 20 years. They provide excellent service and they are honest. They will look for ways to save you money by just fixing the problem and not trying to squeeze you by offering additional service repairs!

This business is owned by 2 brothers.  They explain everything that's wrong.  Then they tell you the best way to make the repair.   It's not necessarily the most expensive way.  I once had an engine seize.  I went to 4 mechanics, and they told me to replace the transmission.  I went to Majic, and they told me to just replace the parts that don't work.  Instead of paying $4300 for a new transmission, I paid $1300 for the parts.  They tell me exactly what's wrong, they tell me the truth, and don't do any extra work.  They fix the problem, and that's why I use Majic.  They aren't cheap, but they are fairly priced.  Once they do a repair, I never have to take it back.  They are very thorough, and very educated men.
