Came one time. Worked non-stop all day. Cleaned up after the work was completed. No complaints at all. Very professional.

Frank's pricing is very good and he is a diligent worker. If something needs to get done he will work 7 days a week to complete. He also redid our powder room in Oct 2012. Painting. flooring, installing new vainity, mirror and lights. Beautiful job. We have gotten many compliments on how nice everything looks. We have recommended Franks works to our neighbors and friends. We will be having him do some work for us in the near future.

I called Frank and met him at the house in a few days. We reviewed the list pf project there were many. He gave me pricing for each and when he would complete the work.The work was completed on time. I then asked for pricing for additional items andn they were completed in a timely maner.
Frank works on verbal pricing which he writes on his Ipad. I send him emails with our discussions and pricing and completion dates so there was no confusion.

Frank replaced some of the wood trim on our home, matching the existing paint color perfectly. All work was completed in one day. Looks great, very pleased with his work.

Frank is amazing. He has done two separate projects for us. He painted some doors and a bedroom, these came out great. He also built a cap for a cabinet I had. The work was very accurate and looks like it is part of the cabinet. Frank also installed a new patio door for me. The project took alot longer than we expected, but he stayed well into the night and dark to finish the job and did not cut corners or say he couldn't finish because it was getting late. He stayed until the project was finished and I was satisfied. I would recommend Frank to anyone who needs work done.
