Description of Work: Frank fixed and rehung two of my bedroom doors which had broken off the hinges. He was very accessible by text, always responded promptly and gave me a fair price for a small job which I much appreciated. I'm really happy to have found a new handyman for my old house!

Description of Work: I called Frank to request a quote for removing the flooring in my attic. He was responsive and easy to work with. His quote was also very reasonable. The work was scheduled for the following week and was efficiently and well executed. I would definitely recommend Frank.

Description of Work: Replaced the vent in the wall that ran from my overhead exhaust fan (that was attached to my microwave) to the outside. A bird's nest full of baby birds died in it and my kitchen was flooded with maggots! He had to remove my cabinets and cut a hole through the wall to do it. He did an amazing job! He installed my new microwave and stovetop for me too. He was on time, professional, thorough, and neat. Very very nice person and easy to work with. He returned every call and every text within minutes. I would HIGHLY recommend Frank to anyone! We would definitely use him in the future!

Description of Work: Frank's Works was great. He came out on Wednesday to look at the job and give me an estimate and he was very reasonable and very professional and a really great guy. He did the work the next day. I will be using him as my new handyman from now on. 5 STAR Rating!

Description of Work: Removed old tile floor and installed new one, painted room and installed new sink. Also installed a ceiling fan and installed a light in room.

+ 0 moreFrank's pricing is very good and he is a diligent worker. If something needs to get done he will work 7 days a week to complete. He also redid our powder room in Oct 2012. Painting. flooring, installing new vainity, mirror and lights. Beautiful job. We have gotten many compliments on how nice everything looks. We have recommended Franks works to our neighbors and friends. We will be having him do some work for us in the near future.

+ -1 moreI spoke with Frank about the job. He was willing to help but wondered how soon I wanted the work done. Given that I have a board over the hole where a door once was, I needed help soon. He forthrightly admitted he couldn't do the work for several weeks, but suggested I call again if I couldn't find anyone else and he would see if he could do anything sooner. On that basis alone, I'd try Frank's Works again.

I also asked him to put a new roof on his house, he said that he would do the little things first and would do the roof last. He is wonderful and can handle lots of little jobs.
Description of Work: I just wanted to get some estimates on little repairs around the house. I look forward to his service.

He gave me pricing for each and when he would complete the work.The work was completed on time. I then asked for pricing for additional items andn they were completed in a timely maner. Frank works on verbal pricing which he writes on his Ipad. I send him emails with our discussions and pricing and completion dates so there was no confusion.
Description of Work: Frank is very responsive. Returns all phone call within a couple of hours his pricing is very fair and quality is excellent. You have to hire this guy

+ 0 moreFrank is amazing. He has done two separate projects for us. He painted some doors and a bedroom, these came out great. He also built a cap for a cabinet I had. The work was very accurate and looks like it is part of the cabinet. Frank also installed a new patio door for me. The project took alot longer than we expected, but he stayed well into the night and dark to finish the job and did not cut corners or say he couldn't finish because it was getting late. He stayed until the project was finished and I was satisfied. I would recommend Frank to anyone who needs work done.
