My dog is anxious and high energy. It's her nature/breed. The staff, particularly Laura, was very kind and helpful. She discussed options for helping my dog with her specific needs, and I was happy that she didn't jump immediately to suggesting medication. Further, Laura asked me to call her at the office if I had further questions or needed any kind of help. I felt that she was genuine with her care and concern for my dog and our needs.
This visit was not unique. Every visit, we are greeted kindly and all questions are answered without judgement or any hint of frustration. The office staff was kind also. I heartily recommend this office to anyone in the Audubon area. I live in Runnemede and it's just a 10 minute drive. Well worth it.

Little wait time. Both cats received the necessary shots/check. The staff greets you in a professional and friendly manner. They care about your pets.

When I told them they were feral cats they were okay with it when a lot of vets would not be. They couldn't believe they were wild cats because they were so well behaved. They gave me medicine for the mom and I fed her with an eye dropper. She was dehydrated and they gave her fluid and gave her medicine and showed me how to do it. He explained what was going on and what to do. They were so patient with me. A lot of vets would not be as happy to take care of feral cats, but they were happy to. Everyone at this place is great!

Small waiting room makes it difficult when others have unsocialized dogs. Otherwise, very clean, the exam rooms are large and the service is prompt and personal.
