The washer was installed so that it was hitting on the pad below and it broke the washer. It took a few months of phone calls and letters to get it replaced and the replacement was a floor model.

Knowledgable salesman (who I delt with). Very limited inventory in the showroom. I found the brands and model numbers of what I wanted elsewhere. Albo checked availability and was able to get the appliances in a few days. Their prices were the best. I also like the fact that they have been around for more than a few years.
