The washer was installed so that it was hitting on the pad below and it broke the washer. It took a few months of phone calls and letters to get it replaced and the replacement was a floor model.

This review is long overdue. I had purchased a subzero fridge, wolf oven, miele dishwasher, ventahood for a kitchen renovation and also a summit fridge and frigidaire dishwasher for a kitchenette in october of 2013. I worked with Bob Mcfetridge and would highly recommend him. He was attentive and worked with me on pricing. If something was not within my budget, he was very good about offering alternative models/ makes. He knew his products well. And the customer service did not end with just the delivery. When I had parts missing from my miele dishwasher, he went out of his way to make sure the parts got delivered quickly. Also during installation of my hood, Bob made a special trip out to coordinate the specifics of my ventahood install with my contractor. 8 months later, i had called about a summit dishwasher warranty and he quickly returned my call. i was missing proof of delivery and he faxed it directly to the repair company. I did not have this same level of service with all of my contractors and tradespeople, so when you recognize a superior level of service, you want to share it.

Great experience, fantastic customer service ( George at the maple shade store) and we are very pleased with the prices. Highly recommend.

Knowledgable salesman (who I delt with). Very limited inventory in the showroom. I found the brands and model numbers of what I wanted elsewhere. Albo checked availability and was able to get the appliances in a few days. Their prices were the best. I also like the fact that they have been around for more than a few years.
