I requested a quote for a home inspection with Michael and he replied within hours—this was already a good sign! Michael was prompt, completed a thorough inspection, and was very pleasant and professional. We received the report that same day with all of his notes, photos, and recommendations; it was the most detailed report I've ever seen! After getting quotes and speaking with a few inspectors, we hired Mike to inspect the house we plan on buying. He was very responsive and it was easy to schedule a time that worked for us. He arrived on-time (to the minute!), took his time explaining the process, and then spent over an hour inspecting our house. He then walked around and pointed to the things he flagged as concerning. He promised us a full report in writing by the end of the day (which he delivered beyond our expectation). We would undoubtedly refer Mike to anyone looking for a thorough home inspection.

Michael from Off The Hook arrived on time and he started the home inspection right away. He did a complete inspection and made sure I was happy with everything.
