Appliance Repair
It was a very expensive cook top that they cracked. They wouldn't replace it or take responsibility for it. I wrote to them and they still rejected to claim it.

I had over 5 feet of water in the basement and they came out right away. Everything is still working great. They knew I was handicap and as soon as I got in touch with them, they did it. It was only 3 or 4 days.
