They could not figure out the problem; they only fixed it temporarily. Unfortunately when they were here the internet worked, but after they left I had the problem again. They also knocked out the phone while they were working on the issue. They finally fixed it after the sixth time they were here; it took about 3 months. It was very frustrating. I have a service contract with them so they don't charge me to come out. They are horrible; incompetent and don't come on time.
