H&H Landscape Management is contracted for snow removal in our condo complex. At 1230 AM last night I was woken up by a worker using a leaf blower on my front porch. This was happening across the complex. I spoke with the workers supervisor who justified it because the "snow storm just stopped" when in reality it had stopped snowing 6-8 HOURS before.
