I left a message and received a prompt response regarding having a lawn irrigation installed. We set up an appointment and Scott came to my home. He spent time looking at my property deciding what would work best for us. Then we sat down and he provided me with literature showing me the type of system that he recommended. It included everything from the type of heads to the rain monitor. He explained their function in the system and why he recommeded using them. I actually contacted 4 different companies. This gave me a lot of information to understand and compare.
I did a lot of research on the internet and asked neighbors about their systems. I contacted American Lawn several times via email and phone asking several questions. I always received prompt responses with clear explanations answering my questions. My decision to use American Irrigation was based on a lot of things including the different types of system and heads that they suggested using throughout my lawn, their competitive price and warranty, and their excellent staff and customer service.
We set up an installation date which was expected to take one day. They arrived promptly as scheduled. The main person in charge, Juan, introduced himself to me as well as Scott. All of the workers were clean cut and wore uniform shirts with their name on them. They started working immediately and worked non-stop for about 7 hours. They were respectful to home and property and left it clean. My yard barely looks like pipes were run all over and holes were dug.
I cannot be more pleased with my decision to use American Lawn Irrigation and have passed along my information to 3 neighbors already. Very professional, prompt, courteous and a well run business. Thank you American Lawn Irrigation.

These guys are great! Very professional and on-time and they did a fantastic job. The system was put into place in one day and they stayed true to their estimate - no hidden extras. I called them because of their ratings and reviews on Angies's List and I was not disappointed. I highly recommend them - it's nice to have a green yard again!

My old irrigation company went AWOL and then I tried to connect with another seen doing work in the "hood" and 3 days later they returned my call...not a good sign. So I went to Angie's List, saw that American got a few good reviews(plus I have driven by their office on a major area road about a 1000 times in the past 5 years and knew that they weren't doing business out of the family p/up truck) and called. They actually answered the phone, as well as later for a follow-up info call...good start! They quickly made the appointment, and even called and reminded me the nite before they came out, and then showed up during the time span they said they would. The mechanic, Scott, patiently had me walk him thru what I was trying to do and came up with a better plan for what I was trying to accomplish. 2 hours later the job was finished, Scott demonstrated what he had done, and answered all my "dumb" questions. The new irrigation coverage was exactly what I wanted. Imagine, an irrigation company that answers the phone, efficiently makes appointments without having to wait for a call back to see when they can slot you in, calls and reminds the nite before, shows up on time, does the job exactly as required and charges a fair price. American Irrigation is that company. I will continue to use them and recommend them to anyone who wants to deal with professionals.

They come every year and do an excellent job. Their price is competitive and prompt. Their work is good and I highly recommend them. I will continue to use them in the future.

Scott came out and did survey of property, take pressure readings and scheduled a time to go over the estimate. Scott returned and went over ech type of head that would be used along with walking through the entire lay out in the yard. After I checked out a few other vendors that were both less and more expensive we chose American Lawn. Once they received the contract they scheduled an install date and confirmed the day before. he also phoned before install to ask if we had any further questions. On install date the crew was prompt and very polite. They were very thorough and went to extra lengths not to tear up our lawn as the ground was still saturated after the hurricanes came through. Install lasted for the entire day and went off very smoothly. Now we are ready for next year as our landscaping will not be burned out as in years past.

The American Lawn Sprinkler personnel always arrive when they say they will, and are very professional. They are always willing to explain what they are doing, and are willing to answer any questions.
