Issues from the start with having service techs come monitor traps. Called 10/23 to cancel and stated billing won’t stop until they pick up traps which they scheduled for 10/27 saying it was their next available appointment, of course they never showed up. 11/1 Tech showed up, without my knowledge, and removed traps. 11/23 was billed for service! 11/25 called customer service, credit November charges but not October’s because they said they need ONE MONTHS notice. WHAT A RIPOFF FROM DAY ONE AND I’M SORRY I HIRED THEM. BEWARE!

They are good, but I panicked because I had a mouse in my sunroom and they could not come for a week. Another company came much faster and that was really important to me. I have a yearly contract with them. Nothing really stood out. He made sure that I did not need anything inside and just took care of things outside. He is very nice but I am much happier with another company. I just think the company is just too big. I kind of like a smaller company better. I am going to end our contract. It is more the company than it is the gentleman who comes. He is very professional, very nice and good. It is more the company than the gentleman.
Description of Work: They were here to spray outside for insects.

They don't come in the summer. They are not bad, I just wouldn't use them again, I would probably recommend another company.
Description of Work: They came three months ago to do inside and outside pest control.
