This is our 3rd year using Raider. Kyle is always friendly and takes the time with his work and explanations. We even had a return of ants halfway through the summer after our gutters were cleaned and Kyle came right back out. No extra charge no questions asked all included in the original year long contract price. He stands by his word to keep the ants away.

Went well. All they did was put quite a lot of poison packets in the basement, primarily in area where the droppings were. But it was effective whereas the poison I had been putting there had not been. Maybe I just didn't use enough at one time or in enough areas, but bottom line is mice are gone, my tenant is happy, and I'm happy. Price seems high for what they did and the short time it took, but they guy had to come out, and maybe the chemicals are expensive. Other exterminators would have done more, like block up the points of access, but it would have cost a lot more.

The fellow came, inspected, and treated. Only concern: he left termite tubes, that a later inspector (for a different company) said were supposed to have been removed. However, he is returning to get rid of them.

Treatment has solved our infestations! Raider also treated home for mice which seems to have worked successfully. The fall will be the test on the mice.

fantastic no pests for first time in years

It was good. I haven't seen a bee in over a month or so. They did not charge me any more than $89. They didn't really explain the type of chemicals they were using. I sell chemicals, so I had an idea of what they'd do. I haven't seen a bee outside in two months. It was one guy.

It went well but then, time will tell. If I am still finding fresh droppings after the 3-4 week but before the 30 days I will call him back. It seemed like a lot of money for what he did but then, if it works, it was well worth it. Time will tell. Nice service guy though, had a lot of information which helped me.
