The unit is a dual service L shaped bar that seats 7. There are two tiered shelved storage on one side with sliding doors and space for a small refrigerator. The seating side of the bar has hidden pull out trays, which provides extra room for eating. The bar features over head lighting and is constructed of solid wood with stained panels. I had the choice of buying a mobile prefab but this one is special and I can live without moving it. The positioning of the bar creates a seating nook in front of the entertainment center and transformed a once empty space into a multi-purpose room

Remodeled kitchen to include custom stand alone counter with and glass storage cabinet and wine refrigeration. Restored existing kitchen cabinets like new and totally rebuilt sink cabinet, which otherwise due to it's odd size, was an expensive special order. Designed and constructed a 5 light four dimensional dining room ceiling array. Restored kitchen/garage door to a new like condition and finished off the decor with custom earth tones like the hammered copper back splash. The sink now features a built in hand soap dispenser, food "insinkerator" and water purification treatment system. All appliances were replaced and feature brushed stainless steel to include the stove exhaust fan. The floor tile was not replaced except for two flawed pieces, which were swapped out with replacement spares. Some of the old cabinets found a new home in the newly built garage food pantry. Now all the seasonal appliances and excess that used to clutter the kitchen have a space of their own. The project went on schedule. We only had to wait for the counter tops to arrive from the manufacture and then everything came together. I gave them some license to create what I could not see and I'm very satisfied with the outcome.
