FOX FLOORS

Very nicely done. Guys showed up promptly. Required two pieces of carpet. The guys were so good you can barely see where the seam is. Well done.

Fox Floors did what they told me what they were going to do , they were able to install the carpet within 4 hours, they came , unpacked their stuff, did their job and cleaned up well. They finished the floor within a day.

Contacted four providers before selecting Fox. They were the most knowledgeable about what needed to be done, were willing to do the entire job, and had the best price. Others either wouldn't do the entire job (and quot;we don't do new baseboardsand quot;) or added all kinds of add-ons (and quot;you buy the baseboard,and quot; and quot;its extra to haul the carpeting awayand quot;).
They did a beautiful job and during installation discussed alternates before just going ahead. Example - removed a layer of sub-flooring on the staircase landing so the riser height was consistent with the rest of the stairs.

One of the carpets had a weird "off-gas" smell and Fox Floors came out to check the carpet and they immediately had the carpet replaced. This was not the fault of retailer, but a manufacturing issue. They were very apologetic and took instant action to have the carpet replaced within a week. I would highly recommend using Fox Floors and plan to for my next flooring purchase in a few months.
