Foam Tight Insulation / BN Contracting

It was a very strange estimate experience. He arrived, and I assumed that he might have made a measurement on the outside of the house (I'm not really sure). He knocked on the front door and I showed him where the attic was and pulled down the attic stairs. He only climbed up a couple a steps to get his head in, and then said he had all the information he needed. He never even went up in the attic (as the other 5 companies did).
He asked for my email address to send a quote.
Total time at my house was less than 5 minutes.
I did receive a quote in a couple of days as promised.
I do have some overhangs in the attic that would have required some special attention, but he had no way of knowing that with his limited time.
I did not use his services.

I called the many phone numbers this business has, multiple times. Each of them brings you to the same prompt. Stan answers most of the calls. Stan was supposed to give me an estimate, but never followed through. I was so fed up by the 5th call I made to Stan without any follow up from him. Finally, on 4/14/14, Stan said that Howard has the estimate and just needed my email addres, which I provided promptly. A full day pased and no estimate. I was able to get in touch with Howard, only to find out Howard had no idea what I was talking about. Stan was not being straight forward, to put it nicely, and he caused me un-necessary frustration. I threatened to call the owner, only to find out on my own, via a Google search, that Stan is the President. I will not do business with them and advise you to think twice about dealing with them.

They gave a good estimate. They were very professional.

They were great people to deal with, and they did an excellent job.

Needed insulation for residential construction. My kitchen cabinet maker suggested I call Foam Tight which I did. They were prompt in answering my call and giving me an estimate. Before the spraying began the crew covered all the windows and everything in my house that needed to be guarded from the spray residuals. A no-mess installation is all up to the crew. This crew was great.
