Hardwood Flooring Service
It was a truly nice experience. Since I have had some difficult dealings with other floor folks in the past I was prepared for more of the same. What a treat Eddie and his team were!
Eddie came in, assessed the job, gave me a price and approximate time it would take to complete the job. I had a tight time frame and he did not seem at all concerned with being able to meet it. His team showed up on time and got straight to work. They did not make much mess at all. They cleaned up their tools and stuff at the end of each day. They were respectful of my house. While they were working on the floors I was working in a different part of the house and they were careful not to create a mess there for me. They were careful not to make marks on the walls and trim. They were pleasant and helpful when I asked them questions. The floors look terrific, are exactly what I was hoping for and were finished on time. Eddie came in to talk with me the day after they were finished to walk through and make sure I was happy with the job.
