I had been trying to get a roofing company to come out and secure a spot on my roof that had wood exposed due to the storm. The damage was not severe but needed to be covered before too much more damage happened due to wind and rain. Roof masters called us every few days to see how our situation was and if it now needed immediate attention. I called 12+ companies, only Roof Master and one other rerturned my call and only Roof Master took the time to keep in touch and get my roof temporarily secured. They showed up when they said they would and kept in touch to see that our damage was not getting any worse. I will use them for the repairs as well.

The overall job had been so far so good. They cleaned up after themselves. I need to wait to check how the work turns out to be; so it will be inappropriate to rate them on quality.
