 + -1 moreOverall i was pleased with the work. He was responsive and corrected items that were within his purview. However, there were a couple of things that made me grade him a 'B' as opposed to an 'A'. There were some items though that he should have handled that werent.
Description of Work: JMK builders put the shell of a large addition on my house. I finished the interior electrical plumbing, insulation drywall etc. He was responsible for putting shell and making it look complete from the outside - framing, siding, roofing. This involved steel work etc. We received 5 estimates from 5 different contractors his was not the lowest but it wasnt the most expensive.
