+ 7 moreWe have been working with Imedi for years (and in 3 homes) and wouldn't consider hiring another contractor. Dave, Val and his whole crew are true craftsmen who provide superior workmanship and great design ideas. They are trustworthy, neat and clean up to the point that if it were not for the improvements they made we'd never even know they were at the house (we have no hesitation in giving them full access in our absence). The prices they quote are the prices you will pay; there are no surprises. They are extremely reliable and a pleasure to work with. We recommend Imedi construction for any home improvement job, without reservation. True professionals; we are fortunate having found them.
Description of Work: Full finished basement including designing and adding a full bathroom and office in our primary home; cabinetry work; full renovation of a condominium (LR, BR, kitchen, bath); Lighting and ceiling fan installation, electrical work, plumbing installations and upgrades, accent woodwork, painting & finishing work (crown molding, hanging mirrors, etc.); 2 complete Laundry Room renovations (countertops, sink replacement, custom cabinets), re-facing exterior, wainscoting and design accents, insulation; all permitting and inspections Dave and his crew can do it all - and has for us, in 3 houses so far.

Since then, they have done quality work for me personally, and my clients from very simple projects to the most complex- everything from painting, plumbing, retrofitting, building, cabinetry- whatever your needs, Imedi can more than likely accommodate your needs. Aside from being reasonably priced, the most compelling reason to hire Imedi is quality of work - they take pride in doing the work correctly and well, as if for their own home. I would highly and proudly recommend. I've included before and after photos to just a few samples of work they've done.
Description of Work: Millwork; Doors; Building cabinetry and/or installing Pre made cabinetry; Lighting of every sort; Flooring; Tile work, including Glass, Ceramic, Porcelain, and Natural Stone Flooring; Plumbing; Kitchen and Bath remodeling; Painting; Installing siding, including cedar shake; Sheetrock; Pergola; Decks; Fencing I've submitted before and after photos of just a teeny sampling of their work: - A total exterior renovation- installed natural cedar shakes and siding; complete remodel over garage including a new bath install - Remodel of an original builder grade Master bath turned into designer bath, complete with Habersham Home vanities ( I wouldn't trust install of this fine furniture to just anyone) - then an 'operation' a few years later of same bath to change out fixtures - keeping everything intact, this was truly an amazing work of art I have way too many examples of their work to display them all, hopefully this bit will allow you to fully appreciate the scope of their work and quality.

Description of Work: David and Val from Imedi Construction are true craftsmen who can do it all. I've been working with for over 10 years. They are currently remodeling our Master Bedroom and bath in our new home. Their attention to detail is great and they always take the time to do it right. From tiling, to woodwork to general construction and painting you can't go wrong. Also clean, neat and always professional.
