General Remodeling
Mr. Iarussi brought his tractor to clean out the fallen trees, repair the smashed fence, gates, and pool house deck.
Next he worked on the house: the fallen roof was raised and re-shingled, the second floor mahogany deck and deck's overhead redwood was replaced. The side of the house damaged siding was replaced, the inside wall was reinforced and re-sided. The sliding doors, a picture window, and bedroom window were removed and replaced new.
Although, Mr. Iarussi was on another job at the time, he made time and worked late so that temporarily we could go on living in the home.
Mr. Iarussi cleaned up all of the debris and, also, passed on all discounts on items he purchased for us.
What I most appreciated was that he had joined parts of the house that were build on different foundations - so that they were seamlessly connected and level. Always, I think, a skill under appreciated by other contractors that I used.
