Buzby Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

Very disappointed.

I liked the owner, pleasant and efficient, but the cleaning wasn't ideal.  There were stains on the carpet that I later cleaned and the carpet doesn't smell all that fresh.

Matt is the owner of the company and the guy that answers the phone and does the work, he'll sing a bit while he?s working but that?s extra.  Matt told me that he gets his work based on word of mouth referrals and his company's Facebook page (this is where I found him; we went to High School together).  If you have Facebook check out his page, he posts some before and after shots of different jobs he does.
     Matt arrived on time for the appointment and after a bit of catching up went to work.  The house he did for me included a 20x20 family room, a 18x18 family room, hallway and a 15x15 bedroom.  The work was done in about two hours and the results were awesome.  The carpeting was beige in color and I have two dogs, three cats and a muddy yard drainage issue.  The carpets came out like the day I moved in when they were new, no hint of animal scent at all.  I was very happy with the work Matt did and would use him again without a second thought, if I didn?t buy a house with all hardwood floors.
