I did offer to come and inspect and re-clean the sills as needed and indicated that in many cases the tiny cracks and crevices may require a house wash to flush out the dirt and grime. The windows and sill at this particular house were extremely dirty and neglected. We can not turn [Member Information Removed] plus years of dirt and grime into brand new finished results. By the way the window are sparkling clean and look great. As I offered and the customer declined and even threatened to have me arrested if I showed up on the property to remedy the situation I removed the charge for the sill cleaning. I even provided a 15% discount off the other window and glass remediation services for the customers inconviences and dissatisfaction. Customer still has refused to pay the invoice. I stand behind all of my work; the many positive reviews and happy loyal customers reflect [Member Information Removed] years of service. With out going in to full detail as I did with the customer and the BBB it was simply a miscommunication. The customer was credited, NOT responsible for the bill and removed from our database per her request. Not sure why she continues to bash the company. Regards SteveService Provider Response
I looked back at my notes. My apologies but I was away on vacation and returned calls. I do show I called on 2 occasions with no answer. After the purchase I received an email from Angies List. I emailed {member name removed} with my call back numbers both office and cell and never heard back. Not sure where the miscommunication lies but I respond to each email and phone call doing my best to fullfill the clients every need. If customer would like to reach out to us I will gladly take their call and schedule an appt. As my original email response stated at the time I was currently scheduling early July, in this case I am currently scheduling early August. If you would like to pick 1 or 2 dates that best work for you I will do my best to make one of those dates work for your exterior house wash.
