I couldn't find any recommendations on Angie's List for the repair shops that Sub-zero customer service had given me as factory authorized, so I picked United Appliance because they responded quickly. The repairman arrived promptly as promised, quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, and was friendly and professional.
