It's good to know that somewhere in the world you can still get a great job done at a very fair price. I highly recommend you talk to Mike before getting any work done. He has been operating heavy equipment since he was a teenager, and it shows. He shows up when he says he is going to and finished on schedule. Thank you Mike!

Mike is amazing. We wish we had met him years ago. He is the nicest person. He is easy to communicate with and is so easy going. He really cares about his work. People just do not work like him any more. He works long hours and doesn't stop until the job is done. We didn't have to ask him to redo anything because he treated our home like it was his. He was able to realize our dream without an actual plan and he delivered. We cannot say enough nice things about Mike. He is the best!!!

Great, very happy with the result. Mike was very punctual and contentious always considerate of the surroundings. It got done in the amount of time he said it would. We got continual compliments on his work. I wish all contractors had his work ethic, I will call him in a heartbeat to do any work I have in the future. I would highly recommend him to anybody. Excellent experience!

Our engineer hired Mike Finn to dig the test pit required to design a new septic system. The cost of the test pit was a given as a credit if he was awarded the construction contract. Competitive bids were collected and Mike Finn was the low bidder. All items included in his bid were clarified and any items not included were specified. Mike Finn arranged for and paid all required goods and services, including tree removal, tank pumping, new tank and all piping, septic field fill, final grading and seeding, all according to municipally approved design. He added value by reorienting the field and by carefully surveying the terrain allowing the system to be gravity instead of pumped. This reduced our cost by eliminating a pump, the electrical hookup and the cost of an electrician. He arrived and completed the project on time and at a cost less than originally budgeted. He did all of the work himself with his own equipment. Each day he left the property in good condition. He was very precise in his work, taking care not to disrupt tree roots and the lawn any more than absolutely necessary. At the end of the project there was no additional landscaping required.
