Shawn quoted us $12,400 to demolish, re-frame, shingle our roof, and well as replace an exterior wall that was detaching from our home. The time estimated to complete the work was 3 days. His team was always punctual and professional. Each day they worked he brought with him exactly the amount of people needed to complete whatever portion of the work was being done that day. The company he subcontracted to do some of the work was just as professional, and did amazing work as well. It shows how effective the communication was. We have now said goodbye to one of the snowiest winters in many decades and I never once worried about our roof. We paid what we were quoted and I have confidence that we hired the right team for the job. I would contact Shawn again, and would recommend Delahanty to anyone needing a contractor.
