 + -1 moreI don't have much to share. On May 1, I submitted a form on the DecksNJ website requesting an estimate. At the bottom of the form, it says to follow up with a call if you do not receive a reply within one business day. On May 3, more than 48 hours after I submitted the form, I followed up with a phone call, leaving a voice mail as instructed. It is now May 11 and I have yet to hear from anyone at DecksNJ. I did not give them an overall grade of F because for all I know he actually does good work. I will never know, however.
Description of Work: No actual work done.
