 + -1 moreAll worked well till the spring Apr 2013 when a/c did not work and the TVX had to be replaced. Then this fall when I turned the heat on it did work but I noticed my basement was damp. Unfortunately I did not realize soon enough that a condenser box was cracked in several places and water was leaking onto the floor....NJR installed it and did the fix but were resistant when I insisted I wanted a bumper to bumper warranty for 10 years...I felt I was only satisfied when I contacted the President of NJR..I do not feel NJR should be selling Coleman ...What are the odds of getting 2 new systems and both are lemons!!!!!
Description of Work: My Coleman heating and air conditioner were installed in Aug 2012...
