At roughly $200. /wk, I think they ripped me off. They always sold me $100./week or more in chemicals that they said I needed. When I questioned the amount, they would tell me things like "we had a lot of rain last week. Next time they would say "it's been really hot last week". problem is, it wasn't necessarily hot or rainy the week in question. They also called and told me I needed a new filter system. When I asked them why I needed a new filter since mine was only two months old, they said they would look into it and call me back. They never did. So I called them again, they told me they would have to talk to the guy who was at my house and get back to me. They never did. I just opened my pool without them and I found the pool to be terribly dirty, so based on their past record, I wonder if they bothered to clean it before they closed it. There were also a bunch of tiles broken at the bottom of the pool, all from the same spot. And my filter was leaking when it never had in the past. These could be coincidences, but the timing seems odd. Based on their attempt to sell me a new filter along with the large amount of chemicals each week, I have to wonder.
