It’s been over a year and they’ve yet to get the costly new Daikin air conditioning system they installed to work properly. It works for a week or two then breaks.

It's just preventative maintenance so there is not a lot to talk about.? A good quality about them is they are a local company and a lot of people use them.

They’re professional. They do a very good job. Everything’s great except for the responsiveness. I think we kind of loss track there for a week or two, or more. They should work on their responsiveness for their customers.

It was kind of impersonal and a different man came each time, I had no complaints. They were very professional. We had a little scheduling difficulty but not that much. I would use them again in the future.

I had water in my basement due to a broken condensation pump. The tech came in, replaced and I haven't had any problems since. The called to let me know exactly when they would be arriving and actually came early.
