Very happy with the communication, professionalism and the price. They came as promised and worked in the pouring rain.
They worked very neatly. No one has ever folded our pool cove so perfectly. Very helpful. I needed advice about my Aquabot. They were able to provide me with a local company that did repairs and replacements. We will use them again.

My electrician recommended Brian at Northstar Pool for weekly pool maintenance for next year. At first I was a bit skeptical because there were no reviews for this company on Angie's List. Weeks later, I called Brian up and asked if he knew how to service an old hot tub. Brian was very friendly to speak with on the phone and volunteered to come over to see if he was familiar with such an old model that the company went out of business years ago. He promptly showed up as scheduled, took apart the housing underneath the hot tub, and proceeded to explain the function of every knob and lever. He was a wealth of information and explained what chemicals I should use, how to use them, and he even tested the water for me. Brian also went into some wet bushes on the side of my house just so that he could find the location of where the hot tub drained. He also looked at my pool, which was closed for the year, recommended a robotic pool cleaner, and patiently explained the pros and cons of different types of robotic pool cleaners.
I am a first time home owner and have never maintained a pool or hot tub before, so I was extremely happy to have met someone as nice as Brian who was willing to walk me through the maintenance steps. Best of all, he did everything free of charge. I can't believe that he spent such a long time explaining things to me and teaching me how to use a hot tub on a Friday afternoon, and then to walk away with no charge!
I will be switching from Aqua Pools to Brian next year for pool maintenance. Brian's prices are extremely competitive. I will be paying less than half of what I paid Aqua Pools for weekly pool maintenance.
