The work came out beautiful. He is a salesman and will sell you the job. He will provide you with his expertise. I wanted to change some things and he was getting annoyed with me. I felt like I was taking too much of his time. His job foreman was very nice. The workers were great.

There were times that I was satisfied but I would say that I was not that satisfied with some of the trees that they planted. They died. They did replace them. They were pricey. Their work was inconsistent. It depended on who was involved in the management because they did have different people lurking at different times. Some people that I liked were no longer there. There were times when their work was fine, and another time it was not. They planted some of the trees too close to one of my houses so when they eventually grew, some of them died a little bit. The ones that they planted in my newer house, the arborvitaes, again I do not think they did the greatest job but they did replace those. It was early enough of them to have replaced them. They have different grounds maintenance people. Maybe it had something to do with it. It just seemed that the company from the time I had used them at the beginning had gone downhill. That is why I do not use them anymore. The good thing that they did was they gave contracts that were specific which some landscaping companies did not do.

We've been using them for a few years. John, the head of the maintenance division, is great. He's easy to work with and he does what we want, when we want. We have been very happy with their maintenance program.

Drew and his team did a great job from start to finish on this project. Drew's creativity and design ideas were great. We appreciated the fact that they started when they said they would and worked every day until the job was done. (Other contractors we've worked with in the past would start and then not be back for days and drag out the project.) The Magic Gardens team got this job done quickly in a very high quality manner. They cleaned up after themselves and were polite and responsive. There was a misunderstanding about the cost of items added to the job as we were going along, but we were satisfied with the way it was resolved. We would definitely work with Magic Gardens again if the need arises.

I have been pleased with them and they have been very responsive to any needs that I have. I have been using them for a couple of years.

THEY ARE A FANTASTIC COMPANY BECAUSE THEY DID MY WHOLE RE-LANDSCAPING OF MY PROPERTY. THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND DID IT ON TIME. EVERY TIME I CALL THEY ARE VERY RESPONSIVE. I HAVE PROBABLY SPENT SIXTY-THOUSAND DOLLARS IN THE LAST COUPLE OF YEARS WITH THIS COMPANY.
