About us
All services are billed per hour and calculated in 15-minute increments. If the services requested are of an out-of-the-office nature, the time begins when the concierge associate leaves the office or the location of the last client (whichever is closer). There is a 1 hr. minimum for out-of-the-office services. Pet services are an exception. There is a half hour minimum and calculated in 15-minute increments after that first half hour. We offer a variety of specials and gift certificates. All assistants are bonded and insured.
