About us

All services are billed per hour and calculated in 15-minute increments. If the services requested are of an out-of-the-office nature, the time begins when the concierge associate leaves the office or the location of the last client (whichever is closer). There is a 1 hr. minimum for out-of-the-office services. Pet services are an exception. There is a half hour minimum and calculated in 15-minute increments after that first half hour. We offer a variety of specials and gift certificates. All assistants are bonded and insured.

Pretty much answered this question above. I left the representative with a list of "must-do's" and another list of "if you get to it" services, such as a few groceries I needed. She got everything done and even handled a minor emergency with my Dad. There is truly nothing I can think of that they didn't try to accomplish while they were here.
Description of Work: What didn't they do? I hired this company for a day to organize my home office. Since they do just about "every little thing" I felt comfortable leaving them with other duties, such as walking/feeding my dog and my 87-year-old Dad. The office organization required some purchases, so she went to Staples and Container Store, and stopped by the UPS store to drop off a package for me. This is a true concierge business in that the employes are qualified to do anything and are flexible enough to accommodate whatever you have going on that day. I can't tell you how much time this saved me! When I got home, the office was cleaned and completely organized, my groceries purchased and put away, and my dog was well-exercised and fed. Can't say enough about them!!!
