Matrix is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I had the misfortune of having them manage our association of many years and Donna is totally useless and unprofessional. She flat out lied to us many times. Under her leadership, or lack thereof, our property looked terrible all the time. I hope Matrix goes out of business, please do not use them, you will certainly regret it. Donna has no integrity or work ethic. She and Matrix do not deserve one penny from any client. Stay away!
