Let me start out by saying that I used their services years ago and was very happy with their services. Was delighted to hear that they were on your list. They contacted me on Wednesday, 9/27/12 in the afternoon to ask if they could come at 7pm instead of 5pm and I said that was not a problem. At 8pm I got a call asking if he could reschedule for Thursday at 5pm. I said no problem and on Thursday at 6pm he called to say he would be there there in a half hour. He came and looked at all of the items that I had on my list and said that I would receive a call for the quote on Friday, 09/28/12 and have never heard back from anyone to date.
