I am extremely impressed! To make a long story short, my elevator was experiencing significant issues (shutting down, not responding to the call button, etc.) due to sloppy work/damage caused by other, unrelated contractors after the original install. My technician, Stephan, methodically trouble-shot the issue, obtained all of the necessary parts in one order and did what was necessary to correct the problem(s). He made it a point to explain what he was doing and why. I am thrilled to report that we have had zero issues since he did his work. He was prompt and arrived at the agreed time or let me know if he was delayed and when to expect him. Very few, if any, contractors/vendors demonstrate the level of professionalism that Stephan and the Mobility 1-2-3 team did. I could not be happier and recommend them without reservation.

Simply GREAT. We were in a hurry because my wife was in need and Mobilty 123 drove to the factory, picked up the unit, and installed it the day after I first contacted them.
The installers were professional and very respectful. Installation done very quickly with minimum impact on carpets, walls, paint, etc.
They even refused to take any money from me to help reimburse them fortune trip to thee factory.
