They showed up late, un prepared (on of their guys had flip flops on). They had a rented U-haul. Cracker jack company with no planning, no contract. One of their guys broke down in tears during the move. They also stole a pair of Bose headphones from me and dumped the remains from the lunch I bought them on my street outside my new home after finishing past 10pm after I had to help them all day. Then they charged me more for having to make two trips. This was a disgusting experience.

DJ and the team were great - on time and very efficient, they arranged my furniture and bins so I can easily find & access everything- much better than my first moving company- along with fair pricing. I highly recommend them.

It felt almost effortless. Nick, DJ, Jay and Carlos were so helpful and professional. They wrapped my old furniture and handled it so carefully there wasn’t even a nick on anything. Moving is stressful but with these young men it felt easy and pleasant! And the price was as quoted! They were great. Definitely giving them 5 stars!

These guys were totally unprofessional. Totally inexperienced they don’t have their own trucks and they don’t care about your property. After the move there were several items damaged and tried to call them to see what we could do about it and there was nothing in terms of a response. The most egregious thing was they overcharged and doubled my price when my stuff was in storage knowing very well that I would have to say yes to get it back. Basically legal extortion and as a going away present half your stuff is broken. I don’t recommend anybody higher these guys

"Absolutely false information provided here, Yes, we do not have own trucks, we have account with Uhaul. Because we are in business less then certain amount of years, we can not get own truck as of yet. This was discussed before even being hired and mention this to everybody prior. We pride ourselves in our company with constant communication and HONESTY. With that being said nothing(furniture) was being “held for ransom” and absolutely nobody is “obligated” to re use us for there move if not satisfied. It was mentioned to customer to go with another company, if we couldn’t come to agreements, but they decided to stay with us. Price was more then initially(initial pricing was for full service, load/unload into storage, store for two weeks)discussed because of storage time frame,fees accumulated. Agreed originally to two weeks storage. After agreement, customer changed to two months. Which then turned in four months. Even after the change to two month storage, we did not change price. Then After the two months we agreed on weekly fee. Once in storage, move date on customers end changed half dozen times. Once date was confirmed , price for 2nd half of move was mentioned, customer was unhappy, as stated earlier if we couldn’t come to agreement, then best option was to go elsewhere. Decided to have us finish the job, no quarrels about it. After move, minimal communication has happened with customer. We try to treat customers belongings like our own, but we understand that we can not please everyone. Our reviews on here would absolutely conflict with this false accusations."

Nick and Matt came to my home to give me an estimate a few weeks ago. Other moving companies would only do this remotely. Matt and Jake came on moving day, gave me constant updates as to arrival time and catered to every request of which there were more than a few. Everyone at F.A.S.T. Moving was outstanding. If 5* is the top rating, they deserve a 10* review. Kudos to Nick, Matt, Jake and Haylee for knowing how to treat a customer. Many Thanks for turning a stressful day into a breeze!

Damaged walls and banister, even damaged furniture and said nothing. Delivered to new home and gave up and left 2 pieces down stairs. Worst

The best moving company you’ll ever have the pleasure of using! Nick,Matt and Jake were super awesome and more then professional, handled all of our belonging with extreme care, they took the time to protect our TVs and wood furniture to prevent damage during shipping. And I can’t forget Hayle, she was outstanding with everything from the booking up and including the day of moving our belongings. Our belongings along with our enclosed trailer that they also towed down made it to Florida in day and half and the guys even unloaded into the storage locker. if your looking to move local or long distances, please give them a call, you won’t regret anything!
