.I wrote some of what transpired with Rick Kancy of Bella Landscaping, Absecon, NJ under the previous title: What did the provider do?" I could write quite a long letter here but I believe what I already wrote should suffice in assisting anyone who might be considering working with this person. My husband could also write quite a lot about the violent tone Rick Kancy used with him when he called our home this morning to complain. However, we both feel this should suffice.
All of the above was our experience with Bella Landscaping and particularly with Rick Kancy.
Perhaps he will learn to be more professional --or at least civil--to his customers in the future.
