BELLA LANDSCAPING & LAWN CARE

Description of Work: Hired provider for lawn mowing. He made promises that were not kept. I wrote 3 e-mails , which I have copies of, asking questions--which he completely ignored. I also requested he send his bill 3X ---which he ignored until my husband called. I was not pleased with the service and particularly with unprofessional manner in which Rick Kancy conducts himself. The ONLY e-mail he responded to was the one in which I said I sent him my final payment and that I did not desire his services any longer. I paid IN FULL, even though the service provided was NOT everything promised. Rick Kancy responded to that e-mail with a VERY arrogant, nasty phone call which my husband took. THEN, Rick Kancy wrote an e-mail --again--the ONLY time he responded to my e-mails. Rather than be a professional and apologize, etc. he was EXTREMELY irate, sarcastic, demeaning, and belittling I I have his e-mails to prove this. He sent TWO nasty e-mails. He also does not listen. I told him my name --and WROTE my name on a pad for him while he was standing on my driveway, initially, speaking with my husband and myself back in May. After asking for the bill 3X--he finally sent one---and addressed it to my husband's mother--who is deceased. He does not listen. He wants business but once he gets it--he does not care what he promised, does not care what he discussed he would do --nothing. No matter how often you try to contact him--he will ignore you---until you decide to go with another contractor. The e-mail he sent to me this morning is violent and threatening., I have made several copies of it to prove how nasty he is. I can PROVE I paid him in FULL--I did not even deduct for the work that was not done--as he had promised or was not done well. I am writing this to help other people who might be considering Bella Landscaping--Rick Kancy. Even if he is busy that is no excuse for being so unprofessional as to send a customer an arrogant, sarcastic, threatening e-mail.
