ATLANTIC CENTRAL VACUUM SYSTEM

I had a Atlantic Central Vacuum install a new system in our house during an extensive remodel. Bill, the owner, came to the house as part of the quote process and was even part of initial install, which included all of the in-wall tubing. The problems arose during the completion of the work. Atlantic's installers had issues getting all the inlets installed. Apparently there are different types that work with different hoses. I was told they ran out of the "correct" inlets at first. Then they provided a different hose. On a third trip, they seemingly got everything working. The problem is that after they left I realized that they just modified the incorrect parts to work with each other. The system does run, but at some inlets if the hose is not perfectly aligned, it will stop working. this is annoying because the act of vacuuming causes this to happen. I have left 4 voicemails on the main business number over the last month and have received no response. I will probably buy replacement parts and try to correct this myself. It's very disappointing that we paid so much to have this work done and it was not completed 100%. I can't understand why someone would risk their reputation over what would probably be $50.00 in parts and an hour or two of their time.
