AC Flush broke my irrigation line and it took over five months to repair the line. They also installed a water heater for me, and when I had problems with the heater. I called to ask where they purchased the heater mike never got back to me. I have not finished this review because when we had this work done, my wife was ill and all my time was given to her. She passed away last August and this is the first I have had time to respond.

At first I was hesitant to call AC Flush due to 2 previous reviews but he was local and I needed a plumber ASAP
We had plumbing issues that were causing our sewer lines to backup. I worked on it for 2 days without any results. I finally decided to call a plumber.This occurred on a friday. After calling 2 other plumbers, neither of them could get here until monday. I called AC Flush and he told me he could be here in 1 1/2 hours. An hour and 20 minutes later he arrived on time as promised.
He diagnosed the issue within 5 minutes of arrival and got to work on the job.
He found that my main sewer line was plugged between the house and the street, he augered the main line and determined that the problem was with the city sewer.
I am not sure how the 2 previous reviews had the experience that they had but I found AC Flush to to excellent. He even reinstalled my toilet for me which I had removed to try to clean out what I thought was a clogged line.
We had just purchased the house 2 weeks earlier, he inspected the plumbing system while he was here as well. I feel he was professional, courteous and would definately use him again.
His diagnosis was correct, the city came out and where my sewer line ends and the cities begins was clogged with roots where the 2 pipes connect together. I have had this problem in the past at another house and paid a lot more for the same service. His price was reasonable and I would use him again.

He does not care about his customers. If you question him about price and work previously paid for, but not done, then that's when the owner becomes beligerent and hostile. Not to mention, we made a complaint on the BBB and the owner must have told a close family member about the disagreement who later approached my husband at a doctor's office (family member is employed at the doctor's office). I guess this family member recognized my husband's name and felt comfortable enough to make it known that she heard about our issue at our home because her husband was the plumber. REALLY, my family is later being harrassed because of a plumming disagreement. THIS IS HARRASSEMENT. To think, I was letting it go until I recently was informed of this person approaching my family. Now that I am aware of the person, if this continues, I will file harrassement charges. Who does things like that because of a customer/company disagreement? BEWARE OF THIS PLUMBER!!!!!

"This is from a customer, Member of Smithville, NJ, who got immediate service within a 30 minute period on a Sunday evening. She was charged for an Emergency service call and $85.00 for a service call the following day parts were needed, when the technician arrived to complete service with parts she was not there and her husband forgot to cancel call. She was rude, belligerent, and would not allow me to talk. She threatened me with the BBB and threatened me with discrediting my company with libel acts on line which it looks like she started to do. We have over a thousand satisfied customers from the last 13 yrs in servicing Atlantic, Cape May and Cumberland County; and would be happy to supply references to anyone. I'm sorry to air our dirty laundry on this page, but I will not stand idly by while someone tries to discredit our name with false accusations because of a misunderstanding with her own husband, who by the way was a very nice guy. One thing I've learned in the course of my business career, no matter how hard you try....you can't satisfy all the people all the time. We do our best to try! I talked to a women in the office, she informed that she could send someone within the hour. 45min. later a serviceman showed up ON TIME !! He was polite and curtious and fixed the problem. He had the parts to fix it right on the truck and no hidden fees. THANKS AC FLUSH you guys were a pleasure to deal with.
