 + -1 moreWe purchased a very expensive washer and dryer from them AND the 5 year extended warranty as well. We have had an ongoing issue with the washer for a year or so, and have had repairs several times, but despite this, the condition persists. Our warranty was purchased just to avoid this and give us peace of mind. We have contacted Barons NUMEROUS TIMES, as well as their repair service. They have done nothing but blow us off, not returning phone calls and not honoring the warranty we have. We are disgusted and will NOT let this go. We are now getting ready to file a small claims case against them in our town. We have all our paperwork, etc., as well as proof of their indifference and refusal to handle the situation. We advise anyone looking to purchase an appliance to GO ELSEWHERE.
