Jeff was always prompt, professional, and responsive. He has a lot of knowledge when it comes to mold identification and remediation.
Description of Work: Jeff Spanos came to diagnose, identify, and remediate a mold issue in my finished basement. After he treated the mold I found that there was still moisture entering into the basement and Jeff came back to look at the problem as well as to offer some potential solutions. Once I was able to eliminate the water problem Jeff actually came back to re-treat the area before my contractor finished the job.
