Did work illegally and said he had insurance and was licensed and was not. He deliberately did work for myself and several friends and clients under the pretense that he was insured and licensed. He had his license taken away and still claimed to be insured and licensed. All work that had been done had to be redone by someone who was actually licensed and insured.
