we contacted him on a Monday to clean/repair our gutters. He said he'd be there Wednesday around 1pm. He was on time. We asked him at that time to re-roof the house. He said he'd be back with a helper on the following Tuesday to start. He was. They worked together beautifully. His helper was polite & professional - Same as Einar.
