Lord Corrigan Construction

Rick came out to look at the windows that we lost during a very bad storm. He was once again very courteous, prompt in arrival, an very honest about what the job was going to entail to do the job correctly. He let us know that it wasnt going to be an easy fix due to the extensive amount of rot in the surrounding area. He took his time making sure he had all the necessary knowledge of what we needed so that he could get the job done properly. He was timely in getting the estimate back to us and at a very fair price. We are currently awaiting funding to have rick come and replace the broken windows. This will be the second job we have rick do for us and based on his exemplary performance before, during, and after the last repairs he did for us Rick and Lord Corrigan Construction will always be our choice for home improvement contractors! I highly recommend him and his company for all your improvement needs.. I just wish there was an A++++ rating because he deseves it!

We called a number of contractors in our area for an estimate of services. One came in at twice Ricks estimate, one refused the job outright, one told us to that he couldnt even begin to give us a fair estimate of the cost. Then we called Rick @ Lord Corrigan Construction. He was prompt coming out to do the estimate and his price was more than fair for the work that we needed done, which included taking down the moldy sheetrock and interior studs in the walls surrounding the bathroom and laundry area. We were a little delayed in getting the money together for the job, but when I called Rick eight weeks later he never skipped a beat. He set us up for the week before thanksgiving ( of all times! ) but was able to start the job earlier than expected. Rick began the job on time, he was prompt on his arrival, he was personable, professional, and a pleasure to have in our home. Rick went over and above what we expected. As with every home improvement project, unexpected things come up, Rick handled them all without any issues. When we figured out ,that without sheetrock on the walls, everyone in the house was privy to the what was happening in the bathroom, we didnt know quite how to proceed. Rick stayed late that evening to make sure that the privy stayed private and he put the sheetrock up on the bathroom walls for us as we were a little unprepared that day. Every evening he cleaned up after himself, never left a mess, and always let us know when and what to expect for the next day. As it was coming close to thanksgiving Rick brought in a helper to finish the job so that we would have our house back for the holiday. Again the professionalism carried over. From beginning to end we could not have asked for a better experience in home improvement nor could we ask for a better person to do the job. I would HIGHLY recommend this man and his company for any project around the house that you need done. We have future plans that include hiring Rick again.
