 + -1 moreWe had an ice dam cause our bedroom ceiling to collapse, damaging the ceiling, wall, floor, bed. We called ServPro at the National number at 4 pm on Friday to request service. We were told that someone would call us to schedule a consultation. We received an email shortly after the call promising a phone call. At 12:30 pm on Saturday, after not receiving any phone call, I called this office. I was informed that they received my issue electronically but "no one called" them so they weren't going to call us. I asked when they might come to out; they said maybe Wednesday, could be later. Then suggested that we clean the damage ourselves (isn't that what they are for?). They reported that they were busy, which I understand, but the unprofessionalism in reaching out to us and the suggestion that we just pull rotted insulation out ourselves is uncalled for. The disconnect between the national outfit and the local office is inexcusable.
Description of Work: Absolutely NOTHING.

Description of Work: Had mold in the attic. Representative came, checked situation and provide estimate next day. Called insurance company and they approved estimate. Servpro was hired and did mold removal. First plastic was put up to prevent dust or mold from spreading. Day 1 Insulation removed, Day 2 area dry ice blasted (house built in 1778 and there is space between boards and roofing nails come through th boards). Day 3 as extra precaution area painted to help prevent return of mold. This step could have been skipped but being old house ,we felt better to have this done. Day 4 new insulation put in, plastic removed and clean up done.Day 3 they were to arrive at 8:00 AM and called at 7:55 to say they would be about 10-15 minutes late. They explained what had to be, gave seperate estimate for painting. Very professional. Would recommend them.
